SecureArk is a human-security intelligence company. This page explains how we handle information across this website and SecureGPT Guardian, our security assistant available through WhatsApp.
What we collect
- The messages you send when you interact with SecureGPT Guardian on WhatsApp, so we can answer your security question.
- Basic service metadata such as timestamps and delivery status needed to operate the service.
- Aggregate, non-identifying interaction counts from this website (for example, that a button was clicked). We do not build advertising profiles and we do not buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
- To analyze the message, link or scenario you asked about and respond with a risk assessment.
- To improve detection quality using de-identified examples.
- To communicate with you about the service when you ask us to.
Conversations with Guardian take place on WhatsApp, operated by a third party. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you not to send passwords, full card numbers or other credentials to anyone — including us.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who process it on our instructions, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep conversation data only as long as needed to operate and improve the service, and delete or de-identify it thereafter. You may request deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
Your choices
You can stop using Guardian at any time and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via our WhatsApp contact: +91 95150 06604.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the version date above.
